This is a simple and good one
when fresh figs are in season
2 to 4 fresh figs per person
½ lb gorgonzola cheese
½ lb mascarpone cheese
honey (to drizzle)
Mix the two cheeses in a bowl
until creamy.
Using an espresso spoon create a
small cavity at the bottom of
each fig and stuff with the
cheese mixture.
Drizzle with honey (optional)
